What Shipping Methods Are Available?

- USPS Priority
- GSO offers guaranteed ground and priority overnight delivery to every address in California, and select metropolitan areas of Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
- FedEx Smartpost works with the U.S. Postal Service by providing pick-up services, processing and interim transportation of mail with final delivery made by domestic and international postal services.
- FedEx Freight may be required when purchasing projection screen(s) or large items due to the weight or size of the item. These heavy or oversized items can only be delivered via UPS Ground Freight and will arrive 3-5 business days after leaving the warehouse. All other items in your shopping cart will be delivered by the shipping method you selected.
- Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to approve requests for package holds at your local Fedex hubs or locations. All shipments must be delivered to the shipping address entered on the order.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order. This applies to all merchandise orders, including limited edition and pre-order sales.
Please note that in the event of an order split shipping, we can only refund you for what has been returned to us.

Why has the estimated delivery time changed and when will I receive the goods?
Estimated delivery time will be changed according to the actual logistics and transportation situation. Usually you will receive the package within estimated delivery time.
What should I do if I was charged VAT and other fees by the customs/logistics provider but my order was collected of VAT

If you have paid for order with VAT in SLGiftZone, VAT should not be charged again by customs/logistics provider.
In case you were charged again, please keep the invoice and submit it to customer service team to get refund of it.
Documents required:
1. invoice of import VAT issued by this logistics service provider (with tracking# and VAT amount)
2. proof of payment for that invoice
3. any customs document on the release of the goods, including the shipping label of the package
My coupon is expired, what can I do?
Please be advised a coupon can only be used during valid time.
If your coupon is expired, it is not available for using anymore.
Also, it is unable to be extended or retrieve.

Disputes can be opened after ETA (Estimated delivery date) time.
